Films were also shown on the following couple of nights at closedown. This sporadic showing of films continued at closedown from time to time until Friday 5 November 1965 when a couple of films were shown in the afternoons.
Times then varied considerably right up to the start of a regular schedule from Monday 21 August 1967. The following page shows how the times of Colour Films were scheduled from August 1967 onward ahead of the launch of BBC 2 Colour in November 1967.
